Backlit Leaf on Apple Tree

I was out in the yard a couple days ago in the afternoon and saw this leaf standing out as it was backlit by the late sun. I thought it was beautiful so I captured the memory in camera as well as in mind.

the backlight effect raises this well abaove average...there is also a poignant aspect as the leaf ends its days so gloriously..
