I visited Delta Ponds and saw several kinds of birds. Occasionally we see a few Great Egrets. I came upon one below a footbridge and worked my way up to the end of the bridge to get some pictures. All of a sudden, the egret flew up on the bridge itself, perching on the handrail! I was able to capture this shot as it took off. What a beauty it is!
