How's the Blood Pressure?

Today was the halfway point for my cardiac rehab program. One of my exercises was walking a mile at 2.2 MPH in 30 minutes. The only thing is I didn't get anywhere! It was all on a treadmill! I would rather be out with my camera doing that walk. :) This is a shot Carol took of Megan checking my blood pressure.

I agree walking outdoors, especially this time of year is preferable, although with a camera we stop quite often to frame a shot. You look good, good skin color and great to see your pictures from getting out. Linda S
