This flicker was photographed in Alton Baker Park. it was in an old dead tree that could have had a nest. I will have to check that out closer. The interesting thing is that the tree is just across the street from Autzen Stadium. Not far away, on that property is where the osprey nest was that is shown in my PAD for yesterday.
