I found the view through the front windows somewhat illusionary.

Hey Vern, you should be an Urban Explorer. There are a lot of places you could go because you know official people who could take you into underground water reservoirs, the University tunnels and the like.

Deliciously W I D E!!! I agree the tile work is great! The V is neat. Nice lighting Vern well done! The D3 was a great choice for this. I'm really looking forward to going Full Frame. It won't be soon...depends on Nikon's roll out of the D700 replacement I'm waiting for that. :)

This image has all the elements a fine photograph needs: great ambient light, wonderful diagonal lines and a super composition that is energetic, moody and intriguing. I once wandered into the Fulton Fish Market after they closed for the day by sheer accident and it was a treasure trove of potential image-making. Hope you get a chance to sneak inside and shoot, Vern, because THIS shot is amazing. v.
