Along The Bank of The Calapooia River

The Calapooia River is a picturesque stream found in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, flowing past Sweet Home, Crawfordsville and Brownsville. This spot is along Hwy 228, where many pull over to enjoy the rocks and rapids.

Caught the running water very well as it flows between those moss covered rocks and makes for an interesting picture.

So much of interest to see and shoot here! I love it when the water winds it's way among the rocks like this. Also, the green of the moss is delightful and the rocks themselves have such interesting shapes. An altogether lovely shot.
