Good shot of a mini-ecosystem Vern.
I'm just an amateur in this area but I think you've got a glimpse of some species of the genus Parmelia on the top of the branch in the upper left hand corner. The lichens mostly hanging down look like some species of the genus Evernia. The yellow-orange spiky things are moss, probably a type of Polytrichum. The bushy lichen is a form of Usnea and I agree with Steve that the green objects look like early buds of the tree they're on - maybe encouraged by our unseasonably warm weather.
