Gosh the lighting is gorgeous! After having just been at a ball game I am in lust over this shot. There was no way I could do this with my camera. I could only get a sharp shot with the sun right on the players. As soon as the shadow came I couldn't get anything without motion blur. Amazing

The D300 does a pretty good job as ISO 1100. Very nice composition, great color. A very nice result.
