The light is incredible. Looks like they are doing a dance. I think that is called a crane fly.

I think it is a crane fly, also known as a mosquito hawk. The flower appears to be a wild rose.

It sure is pretty. Nice big crane fly. Also called mosquito eaters by my kids. Something in my brain says the flower is a type of rose, but I am drawing a blank what the name is.
