Eugene Marathon - 2014

Sunday was the running of the Eugene Marathon - http://eugenemarathon.com/ Close to 6,000 runners registered for the event. 49 states were represented and 17 countries. Even though the IAAF World Junior Track and Field Championships were being held at Hayward Field, the race was well supported by spectators.

I was one of the spectators, sitting in a lawn chair beside my house....Until one of the runners asked if I was the "official neighborhood watcher" I didn't realize I was sitting by a bright orange "Neighborhood Watch" sign...
