These photos were shot for an assignment for Our State Magazine for a feature on Mrs. Marie Cox at Cox Floral Service in Greenville, NC.
The Feature was published in Our State 2007. When the photos were made, Mrs. Cox was 96 and came to work every day.
She passed away February 25, 2009. This was probably one of the best and most enjoyable assignments I've photographed in a while.
