Shaken & Stirred

A sophisticated bar at Mott 32 Singapore blends contemporary
luxury with subtle Chinese-inspired details. It is designed for
drinks, ambience, conversation and visual pleasure. The bartender’s
focused presence adds a sense of craftsmanship to the scene.
She was preparing my drink as I captured this shot.

There is everything I like in a classy bar here in this perfect composition.
The furniture and decoration are finely sophisticated, the light atmosphere is cozy while being sufficient to create superb reflections...
And what about the capture of that moment when the delicious bartender pours the contents of the shaker !

A terrific exposure and the clarity is outstanding. A unique moment with no customers at the bar of in view but the bartender mixing a drink. I love the ambiance and I find this image conveys a very inviting and peaceful mood. VVV

This bar is unusually well lit. Of the three types of lights present, the most eye-catching are undoubtedly the fixtures inspired by Chinese lanterns.
The bar stools also catch the eye; featuring backrests and armrests, they combine elegance with sturdiness while appearing very comfortable.
Two other elements—more understated yet contributing to the venue's homey atmosphere—are worth noting: the high-mounted drawers and the cabinet on the left, where the handles are held by lion-head motifs.
This photo might well spark an idea for some people to set up a bar in their own homes. A word of caution, however: the bartender is not included. ~VVVVV+~
