This is a very striking image to in that it contrasts the bright, high contrast graphically powerful look of her dress with the rest of the of the image having a very pleasing, vintage B&W look. ~BV~

There's something about this that catches and holds the attention. The woman in the print dress is a strong subject and the viewer identifies with her movement. The surrounding atmosphere conspires to create a wonderful mood.
