Peking Roast Duck -- At The Imperial Treasure Restuarant

This dish, prepared since the imperial era, is prized for its thin, crispy skin,
sliced and served in front of the diners by the cook.
The skin is eaten with cucumbers and hoisin sauce wrapped with spring rolls.
