Just fogot to say, and you did as well. La Tour d'Argent, Claude Terrail's Restaurant is among the most popular in the world. His "canard au sang", a dish made with duck in it's own blood, is the top plate in that place and served there since more then 100 years. The restaurant is on the border esplanade of the river Seine in Paris, beside of the Bernardine Abey and exists since more then 400 years now. The vine cellar contains more then 500000 bottles of top level vines. At Christamas, in 1970 I have spend an evening there with friends and I remember that bottle of Romanée Conti 1927 we had. A place to visit and see, to eat there is for sure a question of what is inside your wallet. Bon appetit !
