Northern lights (Aurora Borealis) as seen from the 747-8 flightdeck

The Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) illuminating the dark moonless night over the Yukon, very high North of Canada.
Constantly changing curtains of light dancing their mystical show, Ive never seen it to such a spectacular extent.

Great composition with inside and outside both good to see.The 5 second exposure is so sharp.
