TV Aerial

These are link houses. You can see the respective TV antenna's erected on the rooftops. Do you think owner A has the right to erect his TV antenna in such a manner it protudes out to Owner B's roof? Yes it's an empty space, still it doesn't look good from the outside with all TV antennas protuding towards Owner B's house/rooftop. Would the rest concur if Owner B were to do the same to his/her house?

Legally, Owner B owns all the land below his house and all the sky above it... Owner A is trespassing! Interesting shot :)

I would think they should have antenna A hanging over owner A roof instead of owner B's. With all those antenna's there should be some very nice reception. I do think they should work out something to all share one antenna, it would look so much better

As long as everyone is getting good reception, I don't see a problem. They don't live on the roof anyway, right?

Wow... those things still exist ? I haven't seen one of them antenas in years !!!! Anyways... I guess the reception must be better over owner B's place ! Who cares ? It's not something that prevents Owner B from enjoying the property, it doesn't create any danger to anyone... If that's all they're fighting over... then their lives must be pretty empty and very boring !

Hmmm, sounds like you got an interesting dispute going on here. Owner A might be technically intruding on owner B's space. The rules might be different in different countries. If I were in this predicament, and I did not get along with owner A, then I might be inclined to do the same, and call it even.
