It's a rather unusual scene to capture during the Thaipusam festival. You would think you only see devotees in the street. It was kind of odd to find this strange looking lady dressed in an `opera' costume. Her motive was to give away those pink coloured envelopes supposedly containing some `lucky numbers or whatever??'. The boy at the back obviously took an envelope and there she was walking away feeling delighted. "I did it!"
