Oh boy Tricia... you're no electrician !!!!! It's positif, negatif and ground ! As for heaven, purgatory and hell.... you don't need to worry about it 1 Only catholics beleive in all three ! (sort of !) unless you happen to be catholic too ! This sculture looks so... russian ! Typical russian sulpture or monument... let me think... this was taken in Vietnam ? (about the only place in SE Asia where the russians were for any lenght of time !)
