Steamed Taufu and Minced Meat

TT's Kitchen

Most chinese cooking uses pork meat. In this dish I used chicken which was ok.....
The usual ingredients:
Taufu
Scallions, chilli, dried shrimps
Soy Sauce
Water, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil and pepper
