Hi, My name is Bob Stevenson, a former 457-troop member and classmate of Karen’s. I went to Bass Lake with the troop several years in a row. I to have many great memories from those days. Thanks for setting up the web-site.

Your pictures sure brought back memories of our family trips to Bass Lake and Yosemite. You are lucky to have a close family with traditions like going to Bass Lake. It is wonderful to record your family history and traditions with photographs. You have captured precious moments that you all enjoyed together that you will treasure for years to come.

Gary, I just love the "lake" photos. When I was a kid going to the "lake" was the biggest thing in my life. So much so that when we referred to Bass Lake, it was always just the "lake". As if there was no other lake in California. Going to the lake was great fun. The best part was being with my brothers. Thanks for sharing these, you have captured some wonderful memories for me.... Love always Karen (lil sis)
