Photos of the SUN and the MOON.
I use various lenses on the photos. See comments on most photos.
Direct sun photos include the use of Baader Solar Filter.
The last few photos were made by NASA, all others exposed by me.
The SUN is 93 million miles away, 1 million Earth's will fit into the SUN
but it's actually a very small star. And there are more stars in the sky
than grains of sand on earth. WOW, ponder that. Amazing.
Quickly learned it is constantly changing, but I can't see changes
thru the camera. Looking through the Nikon viewfinder the SUN is much
too bright to see any detail or color, only see a round bright white ball.
The Badder filter makes the sky total black darkness.
Nikon D810 or D500 camera. 70-200 f2.8 AF-S VRII lens with various converter extenders.
