I was lucky enough to have the camera pointing
at this. And better yet, I was using a 500mm f4 AF-I
lens w/ 1.4 on my D1X. The action was 300 yards away.
The Horse, Barbados, was hit in the head
by another player as he swung his mallet to
hit the Polo ball. This knocked Barbados out!
Barbados tried to stood up, but staggered and fell
down again. It was 3 long minutes before she was up.
Horse recovered fully and rider Anna was not hurt.
