Hiking time: 162 minutes and 22.74 seconds, 2 hours and 42 minutes. Started at 162nd St for the first time in months. Wildhorse Trail to Mt. Hood Trail to right on Cedar Grove Trail, to right on cutoff to right on Goldfinch Trail left on Wildhorse Trail, back to car, but took bushwhack off to the left on my way back to the tree with the largest base of any tree I've ever found in Powell Butte. I've always wanted to do this, and finally got up the energy.

It took me 25 minutes to hike from the car to the summit, which is one minute more than my record and I was going as fast as I could. I'm getting old, since I weighed a lot more when I did it in 24 minutes. Took 58 photos of which 26 made the cut. It was 61° when I started and when I got back to the car. So it was very warm for so early in March.
