As I was taking pictures from the open ridge, I ran into this young woman who seemed very confused. She asked me if this is where the trail ends! Too bad for her (and me) if it did! She came up the Table Mountain Trail, not understanding what a crazy trail it was and was banking on the promise of an easier way back (the way I climbed it). I tried to set her straight and what she would have to do to hike back down to her car. Here she is, standing in front of the new State Park map, scratching her head. She studied the map for a good ten minutes before she took off, down the correct Equestrian Trail.
