This is Cooper Spur. The rock on the ridge in the upper center of the photo is Tie In Rock, about twenty feet high. Typically, you hike beyond Tie In Rock to the point where the ridge starts climbing again, then stop, for the surpassing views. In this image you can just make out two specks just to the right of the high point on the left side of the ridge. These are two climbers you can easily make out in the full resolution version of this image.
