This is Barrett Spur, an incredibly rocky climb to 7,800 feet with astounding views down onto Ladd Glacier on the right and Coe Glacier on the left, and Mt. Hood soaring straight up in front of you. I've made this climb many times in my youth. It's totally beyond my capabilities now.
