Once all the laminations have been glued up, it is time to cut the individual segments on the segment sled. I draw a center line on the segment, and a line on my segment sled which is half the segment length from the blade cut. (1-1/4 " for a 2.5 " segment length in my case for a 8-segment ring 6 inches in diameter.)
