I found your site totally by chance, I was looking for information about Karlik Shan, for the simple reason that I think that it may be one of the best places in the northern hemisphery to put a telescope on top.
Particularly in winter, it is a very dry place, very cold and very high, with a high pressure just over it.
Imagine my surprise when I found another amateur astronomers having been there for a very different reason!
But your picture surprised me. I wasn't expecting glaciers due to the dryness and I don't know what to think about it.
