My animation project spans the entire construction project at approximately weekly intervals over a span of many, many months. The railroad was open for rail traffic during the entire time.
My photographs begin on March 17, 2017, through the opening ceremony on July 26, 2018 and the night shot on July 28, 2018
My animation project didn't turn out nearly as I had hoped. During construction, I was unable to take weekly pictures from the same spot, so I was unable to smoothly transition between images.
When creating the animation in Photoshop, I ran out of memory and had to reduce the image size, loosing some detail.
In order to meet PBase's file size limitation, I had to reduce the image size much more than I anticipated and had to divide the animation into 3 segments.
