Changes that I made from previous image example:
I used the Wave filter to distort film strip. For me, this is easier to maintain proportions than using the warp tool.
I used a duplicate layer for the shadow, since transparency of film would show.
The Transform Warp tool was used to distort the shadow layer with a layer mask to vary the density.
Added my name and copyright along the edge of the filmstrip in place of film company info.

Obviously the 5 images have no relationship to each other. This is just for illustration.
