I chose 4 color samples on the baby's skin, 1 in the obvious rosy cheek area, 3 in more neutral areas.
Using Curves in Color Blending mode, I adjusted the colors until #2,3,4 fell into a more acceptable range.(Decreased mid tone blue and red) The cheeks needed a little extra attention, so I used a low opacity skin color brush sampled from a less-red area and painted over those areas on a new layer, also set to Color blending mode.
