Use patterns to fill quilt block diagram with real fabric samples.
Think ahead and ctreat images of the pattern and fabric samples to the same scale.
Save the fabric images as patterns.
Open the block diagram and select the fill (pattern) tool. Adjust the tolerance high enough to overcome the dot pattern in the diagram but low enough that the pattern won't spill into neighboring block.
Then select the desired fabric and fill each corresponding area in the pattern.
