Slight adjustment in curves for color bal and contrast.
Clone out some of the busy background.
Duplicate layer and blur background. Apply a gradient mask with additional masking of the couple to keep foreground in focus.
Additional blurring of the flash shadow using the blur tool.
Sharpen the foreground layer.
Add a soft dark vignette.
