To clean up this scanned print, I used Polaroid Dust and Scratch Remover, followed by
Neat Image, Reduce Noise.
Cleaned up a few remaining areas with the patch tool and clone stamp. Sharpened for printing.
Added a Curves adjustment layer to balance color. I tried the neutral eyedropper on wedding dress shadows, but result was too yellow. Settled to adjust cheek skin tones until they fell in range for rule of thumb: Cyan 50% of Magenta and Yellow 110% of Magenta.
