I copied a portion of the foreground concrete to a new layer and applied sandstone texture.
Then cut the selection to the clipboard and pasted it into the image within the Vanishing point filter. I had previously created a plane along the bright wall.
I moved the pasted selection into the plane to give it perspective.
I changed the layer blending mode to multiply, which seemed to best reveal the trees in front of the wall while eliminating the need for masking, then lowered layer opacity to my taste.
