I opened the jpeg in Adobe Camera Raw, clicked on the whites of the eyes with the neutral eye dropper and then opened in PS as a smart object (just in case I wanted to make adjustments.
The skin tones (forehead) were right on the "numbers" so I made no further adjustments.
I used the Sponge tool to desaturate the color of the teeth slightly.
Then played, adding green to the iris and blurring the background.
