The inspiration behind the theme of the performance lies in views on current social issues, such as mental illness, body aesthetics, romance, stress from the burdens of life, and the choices and response of people when faced with change.(extract from brochure)

This performance comprised of 7 dance items performed by Adage Dance Circle, and students from Ang Mo Kio secondary school, with special guest appearance and dance choreographers Jesper Tan Lay Kian and Tan Ching Ting.

I was helping them out with the coverage of the event.
Like all typical stage photography, it was a photographers' nightmare.The ever-changing lighting and low-light conditions proved the prowess of Nikon D3 yet again.
I realised I had to go as high as ISO 6400 to capture some of the shots.
It was a long day, but when I sat back in front of my Mac to see the results, the hardwork was worth every drop of sweat.
