I used to tag along with some buddies who camped at the (free, nat'l forest) Wildcat Hollow trailhead in southern Ohio and then went dirt biking nearby. That was around 1990. I recently went back for a solo overnighter to test out a bunch of new gear and see if it was as magic as I remembered it. I don't know if it's just too early in the Spring now or what (May 5), but there was almost no poison ivy. Caught some tadpoles but none of my deer pictures came out.
