This rig was replaced one part at a time from a 1984ish Peugeot I bought around 1987. I acquired this top of the line 1980ish frame in the early 90s as NOS for $60 including Stronglight headset and Reynolds 531 steel fork! That was yer basic lugged, hand-brazed, Tour de France level road racing frame throughout the late 70s into the early 80s. This shows some of it's conversion from road racer to semi-retired touring, commuting and grocery getter.
