Snagged this little beauty in near-mint condition off ebay for $380. Janet prefers bar-end shifters to anything else (and they're lighter than STI) so we decided to just stay with the 7 speed setup.

A new stem and seatpost dropped a few hundred grams. A new higher quality cassette with more appropriate gearing dropped another 80 grams. Unfortunately the seller put some crap tires on it so I had to buy new ones, dropping another 160 or so grams. A new Selle Prolink seat which isn't really very light dropped 100 grams or so.
