Here is it, the perfect Carvin CT!!!

I have watched and watched and watched, for a Carvin CT3 (no maple top) with steel frets and tung oiled neck! Finally she pops up on ebay with an absurdly low BIN. Luckily the dude listed it in the middle of the night so my 1:30 am insomniac ebay check revealed the new listing and I snagged it before anyone else even saw it.

This CT3M is coming to me with Seymour Duncan Jazz and JB pups, wired with coil tap and everything. I have plenty of C22B/C22N to try in it, although I am really looking forward to hearing the SD pups in this lovely instrument.

I've tried a lot of different pups, the C22B is still my all-time favorite bridge pup. Currently experimenting with a Vintage Vibe Guitar's P-90 that fits a humbucker route.

Once this guitar became my undisputed #1, I sold a lot of guitars. I hope I never get a non-steel fretted guitar again.

If you're gonna use a guitar regularly, for a long time, do yourself a favor and some some Gotoh Delta Contour 510 20:1 ratio tuners. I put them on two Taylors and this CT3 and they are THEE Best tuner I have ever been in the same room with.
