Just thinking out loud. I've changed the design so many times during building it that it's gotten kind of absurd. The idea is to have a nice room place in back for all power needs, including a nice burly extension cord so you can plug your amps in.

Inside is room to store cables, more pedals, etc. There's no reason a pedal couldn't be inside the case and on an external switch.

I decided on a two or three tier system. The row of buttons on the front switches all the loops for the pedals. Then a row of higher switches is on the front edge of the opening lid. It's also possible to use my other switch strip in front of the unit on the floor.

The power supply is going to be everything a power supply can be.
