So you have an admirer in Accra? There are several internet cafes that have web cam. Beware and be very sure of who you are truly dealing with. Sometimes these people will continue for as long as a year or more to win your confidence.
The fact that "she" doesnt want to offer proof of who she is shows a definite "red flag" flying high in the air. I do not wish to burst your bubble... but I wish someone had burst mine - I had to investigate on my own and even though I saw all the signs I just could not believe this person was out to con me. after about 6 months of sweetness and nice emails .. he sends roses..........then all of a sudden I started getting all kinds of packages he wanted me to send to him ..........(with use of stolen credit cards) I reported him to FBI .... Busted him good.
about pictures ... they can be of no use ... get the person on web cam if possible and get more information. street address, phone number, anything.
