Kawah Ijen, Java, Indonesia

Kawah Ijen is one of the biggest open air mine sulphur in the world.
The man walk about 6 km each way, twice a day, carrying up to 90 kg of sulphur rock on their baskets between clouds of dangerous smoke.
It's like hell.
At the end of the day, with luck, they can win 7 USD!
In the region it's a great job because it gives you good money.

Excellent documentary account. The smell of sulphur is memorable if ever one has smelt it at that strength!
