Here are all the pieces	Exploded view	First glue the wheel caps to the 3" x 3/4" spacers	Completed
Glue the 3" x 3/4" upright spacers to the axle Tees	Glue the 6 1/2" x 3/4" axle spacer to the two Tees	Completed	Glue the 10" x 3/4" Scupper hole shafts to the spacer Tees
Completed	5" Foam padding - Pool Noodle and 6 1/2' x 3/4" spacer	Spacer inserted into padding	Insert, but don't glue, the spacer into Scupper shaft Tees
Completed	Glue end spacers to axle	Completed Axle assembly	Glue Scupper shaft Tees to Axle Assembly
