Le Maréchal Rochambeau (1725-1807) commandant en chef de l'Armée Française en Amérique,
prit Yorktown (1781) et assura l'indépendance des Etats-Unis.

Marshal Rochambeau ( 1725-1807 ) commander-in-chief of the French Army in America,
took Yorktown ( 1781 ) and assured the independence of the United States.
