White Water Rafting on Cal Salmon River

We spent May 18 travelling to the Cal Salmon and the next two days rafting it with Momentum River Expeditions. On the last day, Everyone but me ran the biggest rapids. I was able to hike in to Cascade Rapid for photos. The other two rapids I photographed, the Class IV Last Chance and Class V Freight Train, are only about 30m apart. My viewpoint for both was 200 feet above the river at the edge of a very very very steep cliff alongside a very narrow road. I wasn't sure which was scarier, the road or the rafting!!!
