Heard so much about the park and I am glad to finally have the opportunity for a visit. Spring flowers are budding, the hills are green, the cities are in the far distance partially shaded by clouds. We didn't go all the way to the summit but covered a lot of the park. One of the highlights was the rattlesnake who wasn't threatened by the size and the number of our group and put on a show - making lots of the signature noise.
