Adélie penguins are one of two species of penguins that live only on the Antarctic continent, the other being the Emperor penguin. Its name comes from the wife of a French explorer. It has a small crew cut, white eyeliner, and little salmon-colored boots, so cute. They are lightweight in size and build nests on the seaside of the Antarctic continent and surrounding islands, incubating two eggs at a time. We had the pleasure of seeing them several times during our trip, sometimes drifting with the ice. Sometimes they will crawl on the endless sea of ice, stop and go, it looks like sushi from a distance
